Non-payment
Orders that have not been paid for within 30 days of the drop off date will be considered abandoned and all property will be donated to charity.

Unclaimed items (EBox)
All property once returned to a locker must be removed from the locker within 48 hours. Property not claimed after 48 hours will be removed from the locker and items will be delievered back to HQ. Customers have up to 30 days to claim their property from our HQ location. Any property not claimed within 30 days of the original returned date will be donated to charity or sold to recover the cost of cleaning.

Unclaimed items (Outlets)
All property once ready for collection must be collected within 30 days unless notified and agreed upon. Any property not claimed within 30 days of the original notified date for collection will be donated to charity or sold to recover the cost of cleaning.

Unclaimed items (Pickup & Delivery)
Failure to contact customer to arrange a delivery time back for more than 3 days from the date where the garments and articles are ready for delivery will be considered abandoned. Any property not claimed within 30 days of the original returned date will be donated to charity or sold to recover the cost of cleaning.

Damaged Property
Mama Jo Launderette follows the standards and policies set forth by our organization. We exercise the utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. We can not guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics; or against damage to ancillary items such as belts, buttons, beads, ties or zipper pulls. Mama Jo Launderette's liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition.

Any damaged items must be reported via email to enquiries@mamajo.com.my and returned to Mama Jo Launderette HQ for inspection within 5 business days.

Lost Items
Any lost items must be reported via email to enquiries@mamajo.com.my within 5 business days. Mama Jo Launderette makes its best reasonable effort to track every item that we process and will review all lost items claims on a case by case basis. Any items determined to have been lost by Mama Jo Launderette will be reimbursed and shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition. Items will be considered lost 30 days after the initial claim is filed if items still not found. (Not applicable for EBox)

When leaving items in lockers, please ensure that your locker has been correctly closed and locked. Mama Jo Launderette is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from a failure to properly lock the locker. Our EBox is under 24 hours surveillance, however Mama Jo Launderette will not be repsonsible for any lost items under any circumstances when using EBox Locker. We will however try out best to assits any matter relating to this.

When using our home delivery or concierge service, Mama Jo Launderette is not responsible for your items before they are picked up or dropped back off. It is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your items during that time.

All claims of lost items will be reviewed on case to case basis and the final decision shall be made using available evidence. Shall Mama jo Launderette find any possibility of a fraud case, Mama Jo Launderette will immediately close the case and hand it over the appropriate authority if required.

Loose Items
Although, we try as hard as possible track such items, we are not responsible for loose items such as jewelry, watches, cash, detachable buttons, cufflinks, belts, broaches, stings, laces, hoods or loose items on garments, hangers, etc.. We request that customers remove these items and empty pockets prior to leaving items with us as we can not be held responsible for damage to your garments from items left in pockets (Lipstick, Gum, Pens, etc.).

Personal Property
Any personal property placed in a Mama Jo Launderette's EBox that appears to have value will be removed by Mama Jo Launderette and stored for 30 days. If items are unclaimed after 30 days, all property will be donated to charity.

Turnaround Time
Service days and turnaround time vary by location and service required. Mama Jo Launderette will make its best reasonable effort to adhere to our service schedule, however, we do not guarantee turnaround times and assume no responsibility for any damages that may occur due to a delay in service.

Reward Points
All customers at Mama Jo Launderette will be entitled to earn points for every transaction made at any Mama Jo Launderette outlets or Pickup & delivery. Points can then be used as cash value to offset the amount of the total bill due on your next visit at Mama Jo Launderette. (1 point = RM 1.00). Points cannot be converted into cash Money.

Points are earned (after payment) 2% of the final amount of the bill after any applicable discounts, vouchers and points redemption.

All points accumulated can only be redeem for the next service purchase. Points will expire if no transactions are made within 2 months of the last paid transaction. Mama Jo Launderette reserve all rights to not allow any points redemption or accumulation if found or suspect any fraud cases.
